Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of shipping date (please email us prior to sending the product back).

Returned merchandise must be unused, in its original packing bag with the tag attached to the item. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us.

Once we receive your item we will process the refund within 2 business days. In case of exchange, the shipping fee of the new product from us to you is on us!

All sale items are final sale and we don't accept return.

All international orders are final sale and we don't accept return.

Every garment has its own fit- some of them are true to size, some are oversized fit and some fitted. Check the measurement on the item descriptions prior to purchasing so you can compare with clothes you have, and feel free to contact us at info@thepicnicday.com for questions and inquiries.
