Shipping and returns

For domestic orders, we offer free shipping for orders $75 and up, and $6.99 flat rate shipping for orders below $75.

Express shipping is free for orders above $200, and $24.99 flat rate shipping for orders below $200.

For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped for standard shipping (except for made to order items), and expect between 2-5 business days for standard domestic shipping and 1-3 business days for domestic express shipping. 

Shipping delays may occur with carriers due to high volume and extra safety measures.

The Picnic Day is not responsible for any delivery delays.

The Picnic Day is not responsible for any shipments lost or stolen in transit, and any information added in error during checkout.

 

Returns must be made within 14 days of shipping date (please email us prior to sending the product back).

Returned merchandise must be unused, in its original packing bag with the tag attached to the item. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us.

Once we receive your item we will process the refund within 2 business days. In case of exchange, the shipping fee of the new product from us to you is on us!

All sale items are final sale and we don't accept return.
